The Eagle Talon, Mitsubishi Eclipse, and Plymouth Laser are siblings manufactured by a joint venture between Chrysler and Mitsubishi called Diamond Star Motors (DSM). These cars have been built in Normal, Illinois, since 1989.

The Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 shares the same platform and drive train as the all-wheel drive versions of the DSM cars, but were manufactured in Japan. These were limited production cars, homologated for European rallying.

The purpose of this regional club is in no way to replace the world-wide Club DSM, or the Northeast Club DSM, but rather to supplement both. By making our own semi-regional division we can better highlight our member's cars. You can see on this page that we can go into much better detail about the cars, and, have plenty of space to include multiple pictures. Please come back often, this page is updated frequently.

Although there are only a few cars showcased on this web page, the mailing list is a bit larger.  To add your car to this site, send me a picture and a short write-up.  If you own one of these cars, please join us!  We are great people and approval to be on the mailing list is automatic.
